Second time around

I'm sitting here and waiting for a phone conference with a client i worked with almost 2 years ago. This time around he has bought a landed property somewhere far away from PJ. He is interested in using our design services again. I felt absolutely good when he approached me again. I don't know how we'll be working on a project that far away. We'll see if this will work out.

I told him we've never done it before but there's always gonna be a first time for everything....
